35-Acre Nature Park
Balsam Bluff is more than a housing development; it’s a vision for a sustainable and connected community. Our project aligns with the area's natural beauty, utilizing open spaces and environmentally friendly designs to preserve the charm and vitality of the Columbia River Gorge. This beautiful 35-acre park features the natural basalt bluffs formed during the chaotic times of our past. The Columbia River Flood Basalts as well as the multiple historic floods from Missoula Montana, shaped this beautiful landscape and we intend to preserve as much as we can.

Understanding the unique needs of Dallesport and Klickitat County, we are planning to create a program or incentives to make homeownership achievable for local residents. Our goal is to help individuals and families stay in the area they love and know while contributing to its vibrant future.
