What is a developer, investor and architect and how are they different? 

• Developer: Finds the land, acquires the money, and oversees the process.
• Investor: Provides financial stability.
• Architect: Creates the design and ensures it’s functional and beautiful. Our architect also provides additional expertise in other areas.

• Absolutely, this is why we have brought the project to attention much sooner than the typical developer.

Has the developer consulted local officials and services?

• Yes!  Most notably the county and water district.
• Due to the nature of this project, we must complete certain aspects of discussion prior to moving to the next entity. Proceeding in an order that makes sense will ensure we have the best information available.
